Throughout the year, we travel across the Mediterranean selecting the best olive oil varieties so that we can offer you high-quality extra virgin olive oils in a variety of flavours: green fruity, black fruity, PDO. We use several varieties of olives harvested from our partner farms. No matter the maturation process or the source of the raw material, all our olive oils are cold-pressed without chemical treatments.
